My stay at the hotel was really pleasant overall. The rooms were spotless and had a balcony, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready upon arrival, and it was in a bit of a bad state. The service was good, with staff being helpful, happy, and well mannered. The location was great, especially for dining and shopping options nearby. The dining experience was mixed, with some great aspects but also some expensive items on the menu. The facilities were adequate, though there were some areas that could use improvement.
